Indoor Led RECESSED Lighting
Recessed lights can instantly make a house feel like a home and they are vital to its interior design. Lighting uses a majority of your home’s energy. With LED lighting installed, you will not only get comfortable bright lighting inside your home or office, but it will also conserve natural resources and save money. In addition, it provides brighter task lighting within a work space such as a kitchen, home office, or garage. It offers a clean, streamlined look while also providing enough bright light to fill any size room or office. LED Recessed lighting is perfect for anyone who is looking to create a more relaxed atmosphere in their home. It can be used in conjunction with dimmers and can also serve as accent lighting to showcase an architectural aspect or place emphasis on an art piece. Dimmer switches work by reducing the amount of current that flows into your light bulbs and they save energy. While the total energy saved depends on how much you dim the lights, how long they are dimmed, and which types of bulbs you choose, dimmers are also a great way to control the vibe of a room whether you want to watch a movie in the family room or host a dinner in the dining room and setting the right mood.
BENEFITS OF LED RECESSED LIGHTING
Cost Efficient – LED Recessed Lighting uses energy-efficient components and typically operates on a much lower voltage than other lighting options. You can also install a dimmer switch to customize the lighting to your needs and further reduce energy consumption. Recessed lighting can be installed in any room with a flat ceiling and electrical access, including sloped or vaulted ceilings, walls, under stairways, porches and patios.
Customization– Recessed lighting trim is fully customization to match any space, inside or out. Mirror-like reflective surfaces, simple metal or colored rings, and decorative, architectural trim designs are just a few options.
Out of the Way – Because recessed lighting is installed flush against a flat surface, its appearance is unobtrusive, which allows it to be subtly in the background while other features of the room stand out. Our highly trained electricians can walk you through all of your lighting options, highlighting all the benefits and costs. Panel Upgrade and Service
The electric panel controls the electricity coming into your home. As you add electrical appliances and circuits, you increase the demand on your electric panel. Depending on when your home was built and how much electricity you use, your electric panel may need to be replaced or a sub-panel added to keep up with the demand. If you’ve recently purchased an older home or office space or in a need of additional capacity (more amperage), and depending on the size of the household or office space, and the upgrades you are planning to make, we’ll be able to tell you whether or not your existing panel will suffice, or if it needs to be upgraded. If you currently have a very old panel, then you might seriously want to consider replacing them A.S.A.P as it is well documented that those panels are a potential fire hazard. Don’t take any chances with your safety. You can trust our experienced electricians to evaluate and install the best suitable panel solutions: Panel Upgrades, Sub Panel installations, 120V/240V Service.
Dimmers and Outlets
Dimmer switches work by reducing the amount of current that flows into your light bulbs and they provide energy savings – While the total energy saved depends on how much you dim the lights, how long they are dimmed, and which types of bulbs you choose, dimmers are also a great way to control the vibe of a room and can enhance the atmosphere and set the mood. They will make light bulbs last longer and add 2-3 years to a bulb’s life with proper dimming.
Outlets: Overloading your circuit is not only frustrating, it is extremely dangerous as well. People are unaware of how much stress they are putting on outlets as they plug in appliances and electronics. If an outlet does overload, a component can overheat and cause a fire – 40,000 a year in United State alone. We specialize in installing residential and commercial EV Charging stations. We install Level 1 and Level 2 charging stations for electrical vehicles in residential garages, carports and commercial parking spaces. We also install secondary meters for charging stations enabling the owner to qualify for discount charging rates.
Level 1 Charging is inexpensive and simple to set up. Chargers with this type of charging use a special extension cord which you can plug into the outlet with the house voltage of 110 volts. This type of charging does not need a capacity upgrade. However, When you use a Level I charger, it should be on its own dedicated circuit. Level 1 charger is slow and can take up to 20 hours to charge some vehicles. If you want to have a fast charging, you might want to consider level 2.
Level 2 Charging needs 240 volts circuit. one of our experts electrician familiar with EV charger installation will determine whether or not your existing electric panel can handle the new circuit. If not, you will need to upgrade your electric panel before the charger can be installed. level 2 chargers are fast and you can charge your car overnight.
Rebates: California is offering rebates on charging stations installed in homes and businesses. The rebates are limited and given based on availability. Power companies are offering a lower electricity rate to those with chargers that use the charger at night. A meter will measure the car charger separately to ensure you are getting a discounted rate.
Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detector
The combo smoke & carbon monoxide detector is designed to reduce false alarms. Capable of being interconnected with up to 18 devices (12 can be smoke alarms) its latching alarm indication recalls which unit triggered the alarm in the series. Its red LED indicator flashes rapidly. Afterwards, the combo alarm stores it into memory and then flashes every two seconds. It eliminates the need for two separate devices; saving time and money. It also meets new construction requirements and codes.
Due to its two locking features, the smoke and carbon monoxide alarm locks the battery drawer and alarm to the base to prevent unauthorized tampering. It's ideally suited for apartments, hotels, dorms, or multi-family dwellings.
